Glenn brings more than
35 years of HR experience with leading organizations such as multinational
consulting firm Towers Perrin, where he was Director of Global Performance
Management, and IBM, where he was Manager, Executive Programs. Glenn’s expertise in developing and implementing
continuous performance improvement systems is a key component of Robinson’s LPR model.
Don Evans, Associate Partner
Don has 25 years of telecommunications management and consulting
expertise, with an in-depth knowledge of operations, training and
strategy. Don has spearheaded numerous successful change initiatives,
and has coached a variety of clients in business and organizational
strategy, customer service alignment, and balanced scorecard design
and implementation.
