Carolyn Meacher - Team Lead
Carolyn is a professional leadership coach, trainer, and innovation facilitator focused on supporting organizations and leaders in creating positive, sustainable growth.

She has been fortunate to facilitate innovation-training sessions across North America on behalf of Rotman Designworks with clients such as GE, Target, Frito Lay and Nestle. And, she has proven to be a sought after trainer, facilitator and professional coach for teams and individuals.

Carolyn completed her coach training and certification with Adler/OISE, University of Toronto in 2008 and is also fully certified with the International Federation of Coaching. Carolyn trained with Six Seconds Consulting Group in California and Connective Intelligence in Toronto and is certified to provide statistically validated, assessments and training in the fields of Effective Thinking, Emotional Intelligence for Leaders and Creating Positive Organizational Climates for change. She is also trained in the Living Systems team coaching methodology for working with collaborative and intact working teams.

Carolyn brings over 20 years of business experience to her work today as a coach and trainer. She has held strategic business and executive leadership positions in diverse industries including: VP Brand Communications at Rogers Wireless; SVP, Managing Partner at BBDO Advertising; President, Key Media Interactive (Now St Joseph Communications); General Manager Marketing at Eaton's; and account management roles at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising, TBWA Advertising and A.C. Nielsen Research. Her experience includes corporate and volunteer board appointments, speaking engagements and communication advisory roles.

In 2002, Carolyn was honored with the Queen Elizabeth ll Golden Jubilee Medal, awarded to Canadians who made a significant contribution to their fellow citizens, community or to Canada within the past 50 years.

 

Kevin Dunal
Kevin brings 25 years of business experience to his work today as a leadership consultant and executive coach. A formal education as an Industrial Designer coupled with a focus on performance through sport coaching at an international level has heavily influenced his skill set.

Kevin understands the work through experience as he has held significant senior leadership positions including Managing Director for the Americas for AutoDesk, Managing Director Americas for Alias Systems and VP of Americas for Adobe Systems. He has also been involved with significant work in mergers and acquisitions along with being the CEO of Software start-ups.

A love of business, creative thinking and a focus on high performance are the elements that Kevin focuses on in developing programs around vision and values, leadership and team development, creativity in culture, and developing and imbedding continuous improvements for organisations.

Kevin is a certified coach from Alder/OISE, University of Toronto. Also trained through 6seconds worldwide organisation in Emotional Intelligence. VIA Signature Strengths training and holds a National Coach trainer level with the Canadian Yachting Assoc. He is part of the co-creation team at DesignWorks Strategic Innovation Lab at the Rotman School of Management. Kevin is the founder and Principal of Launch Center Inc.

 

 

Glenn Christie, Principal
Glenn brings more than 35 years of HR experience with leading organizations such as multinational consulting firm Towers Perrin, where he was Director of Global Performance Management, and IBM, where he was Manager, Executive Programs. Glenn’s expertise in developing and implementing continuous performance improvement systems is a key component of Robinson’s LPR model.

Don has spearheaded numerous successful change initiatives, and has coached a variety of clients in business and organizational strategy, customer service alignment, and balanced scorecard design and implementation.
